Join us for an evening of tasting curated gourmet Italian honey + B.Nektar mead pairings.

Honey straight from a hive is full of unique flavor notes based on its location and season. With a little background information all of these delicate variations can be appreciated with the same respect and admiration as the tasting of wine.

We have curated some of the richest, colorful varieties of honey harvested from singular mono-flower honeys from Italy.

B.Nektar meads and ciders have been carefully chosen to pair with the Italian honey samples for a superb taste experience. Fabulous eats by local food trucks!

This is a fundraising event for Bees in the D. A 501c3 non-profit, highlighting the honeys we have gathered from our hives thought Metro Detroit, from different times of the year.
