Blake's Craft Faire and Fiber Festival & Honey Harvest

  • Blake Farm 17985 Armada Center Road Armada, MI, 48005 United States (map)

Join us Labor Day Weekend as fiber enthusiasts come together for the annual Craft Faire & Fiber Festival at Blake Farms.

Bees in the D will be demonstrating a live honey harvest where you can learn the process of extracting, filtering, and jarring up fresh raw honey. Jars will be available to fill fresh from the harvest.

This event will showcase the use of wool and other natural fibers, while some of the area’s most talented fiber artisans will gather to showcase their talents and unique products including clothing, quilts, blankets, rugs, looms, spinning wheels and more. A great variety of workshops on felting, spinning, punch needle, knitting, rug hooking and more will be held throughout the weekend.

In addition to enjoying a unique shopping experience with handmade items, guests will be able to watch educational demonstrations from various fiber artists throughout the weekend. You'll also see how animals contribute to the fiber industry through live displays.

This is truly a one-of-a-kind event, and something that the entire family is sure to enjoy. Admission to the event is free. The Orchard Café and Winery will be serving delicious food during the event. Be sure to save the date and share this event with your friends! We look forward to seeing you there.
